These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the websites https://ssc.edu.au and https://skills.ssc.edu.au, as well as all services offered by South Sydney College (SSC), operated by Knit Group Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 613 087 657) trading as South Sydney College (RTO 45279).

By using or accessing our websites, enrolling in courses, submitting enquiries, or using any part of our eLearning platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

When enrolling in a course or making purchases via the eStore:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed;
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, PayPal);
  • SSC does not store your payment card information;
  • All enrolments are subject to SSC's student policies and refund conditions.

 

4. Use of Learning Platforms and Content

SSC delivers learning via its LMS, which may include third-party platforms. By using the LMS, you acknowledge that:

  • Course content, assessments, and interactions may occur through these third-party systems;
  • SSC is not liable for disruptions or failures within those external platforms;
  • You are responsible for meeting the technical requirements necessary to access the LMS.

All learning materials are the property of SSC or licensed third parties and are for personal educational use only.

 

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights;
  • Post, transmit, or distribute offensive or inappropriate content;
  • Interfere with the operation of the websites or LMS;
